水仙岩茶 – Wuyi Shui Xian Rock Oolong Tea

Discover the elegance of Shui Xian, one of the most beloved Wuyi Rock Oolong teas from the UNESCO World Heritage Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China.

Shui Xian (水仙), meaning “Narcissus”, is prized for its rich floral aroma, smooth texture, and lingering sweetness. This medium-roasted rock tea embodies the essence of yan yun (岩韵) – the distinctive “rock rhyme” or mineral-rich taste unique to Wuyi teas.

Hand-picked from mature tea bushes grown in rocky, mineral-rich soil, Shui Xian is charcoal-roasted using traditional methods to enhance its complexity. The infusion offers warm notes of orchid, honey, and roasted nuts, followed by a soft, velvety mouthfeel that lingers beautifully.

Tasting Notes:

  • Aroma: Orchid, honey, light caramel
  • Flavour: Floral sweetness, roasted nuts, mineral finish
  • Body: Smooth, medium-bodied
  • Aftertaste: Lingering floral and sweet

Perfect For: Tea enthusiasts who love a smooth, floral, and aromatic oolong with depth and character.

Carefully hand-harvested and traditionally charcoal-roasted, Rou Gui reveals layers of cinnamon, roasted cocoa, and dark fruits, with a satisfying mineral sweetness in the finish. Its rich, warming profile makes it a perfect choice for cooler days or moments of deep relaxation.

Tasting Notes:
