With a gracefully rounded form, this gaiwan carries an elegant and understated charm. The flared rim is thoughtfully designed to prevent burns during use—a subtle yet functional detail. Its lightweight form gives off a sense of richness and balance, making it both practical for tea sessions and beautiful to hold in the palm.

The sweet white inner-molded design is a classic from the Yongle period of the Ming dynasty. Building upon this tradition, we have refined the body to an even thinner and more delicate “de-tai” (脱胎) standard. Inside, a Ming-style motif of twin dragons is subtly impressed, adding a noble, palace-like aura beneath the glaze—reserved and refined, hidden within the very bones of the piece.
