For a more traditional brewing method, use 5-7g of tea in a 100 ml Gaiwan/teapot and brew using the Gong fu style.

Brewing Guide:

Teaware: Use a Gaiwan for high-aroma teas; a Yixing clay pot for rich honey-style teas.

Technique: Pre-warm teaware. Pour high and decant low to enhance aroma. First three infusions: quick pour. Gradually extend steeping time afterward. Fully drain each infusion to reduce bitterness.
